Hijack this Log, I think it's clean

Can someone just have a quick peruse over my Hijack this log, I think I've got rid of everything.

We can't tell you if your computer is clean or not by looking at a hijackthis log. It doesn't give us enough information. Please tell us what you tried to get rid of, what symptoms you were having and what steps you've taken so far. Then please follow the instructions in our READ & RUN ME FIRST and attach the requested logs so we can see if your computer really is clean or if there are still things which need to be removed.
