hijack this log

Can someone please help. I have attached my log from running combofix. I had a program show up on my computer this morning called virusheat and it said that my computer is infected and wanted me to buy their program I didn't do it I have tried deleting it from my computer but I still have an icon on my start up bar and when I try to click on it to delete it it brings the virusheat program back up. Also when I open my internet explorer it opens to blank page. I have tried changing my settings but nothing works.
