Hijack This log

Hello can someone please help me out I have seemed to be infected by a desktop hijacker I guess...As when I start up my PC the desktop is no longer my wallpaper but a black screen with a crimson square with a warning saying that my comp may be infected with spyware and adware etc and it has a link to a spyware remover page. Also I don't know if this is related but now my explorer page will always reset itself to res://shdocha.dll/blank.html.

I have followed all the steps in the sticky thread of read and run me first, I did the two scans bitdestroyer and the trojan detector one but could not do so in safe mode as I could not connect to the net.

Please tell me now what to do with the hijackthis log please...

Thanks yeah the desktop hijacker has gone I ran the spy sweeper programme and then it said to restart the computer so I did. So I did not get a chance to save the logfile but I did run HijackThis again and have attached the log file. Is there anything I should get rid of?
