HIjack this log...

ok i did the sticky toutorial.. and i only had 1 problem with spy bot search and destroy. and a virus were unable to get deleted.. but i have a wierd startpage when you start internet explorer. it says a sertain ip are on my computer and that i use Mozilla and stuff that i don´t use.. and i also have a windows logo thats blinking saying that my computer is infected and says it will download the best anti malware system.. i havent done it yet.. well heres my log:
