hijack this registry promblem

i ran hijack this and got rid of some of my promblems but it created a new promblem. it took some of my starup items away and i restored those but they still don't show up. my main promblem is a registry file that is still there but at startup it says it's not says check file path file missing. on the other side hijack this has that file in it's backup but everytime i restore it, it shows right back up??? the missing file is an f3. and windows won't seem to work without it. can anybody help or have any ideas??

Now post a HijackThis log as an attachment to your message (Do not post the log inline). All running programs should be closed, including your web browser, e-mail. Close before running Hijack This!

To repeat: Do NOT run Hijack This from the Desktop, a temp folder, or a sub-folder of C:\Documents and Settings, or choose to run it directly from the downloaded ZIP file. Place it in its own folder, for example C:\Program Files\HJT
