Hijack This

i recently had a redirect virus and went through the programs to get rid of it. I ran Hijack this. there are files missing is it ok to delete those

This is the wrong forum for you to seek help for Malware. As well as that, you should not run the HijackThis program.
To get help for malware from a trained expert, you must first carry out all the steps for your Operating System in the Major Geeks Read & Run Me First Malware Removal Guide - running only the tools it lists.
When you have completed every step of the guide (make a note of any you cannot complete) but not before, you must post a new thread with the scan logs attached in text file format (not as here 'inline') in the Specialist Malware Forum where a trained expert will help you.
