Hijacked browser?

Hi, my sister's computer is having issues. She starts up IE (and I've tried to get her to switch to Firefox) and starts surfing. A dialog box pops up saying the her computer is vulnerable to the Blackworm virus and to click ok. The only way out is to click ok. It then redirects her to:

http://www.amaena.com/securityworm5/?aid=vm_tz_scwaskw_7&lid=ad no

The page is made to look like the Win Security Center. I has links to download WinAntiVirus Pro and WinSpyware Pro. I ran Adaware and Ccleaner to no avail. I've attached the hijackthis log. Any help would be appreciated.

• Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.
