Hijacked by the competition

Hi, my laptop has been hacked into by the competition and I was trying to figure out how to get him out of my computer. I do all of my work on here and would really appreciate any help. I looked into another post from someone else and saw to run my programs and to download hijack this but I am unsure what is ok to delete. Here is a copy of my log file. Thanks.

Is the remote support service something you put on the computer as part of a service package?

Why do you think the competition has broken into your computer?

The procedures we use include HijackThis as one of a number of programs. In order for us to see if therre is malware on your computer, you would need to go through the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST and attach the requested logs.
