Hijacked homepage and popups

Hello,
My computer has somehow contracted malware that has hijacked my homepage and keeps taking me to: http://www.systemuptodate.net/

It also keeps giving me an annoying pop up at the bottom telling me my system is infected, plus a new "security toolbar has appeared at the top of my screen.

I ran McAfee and it tells me that there are two infected files that it cannot delete, clean, or quarentine. It seems that one of these is labeled as "Dialer 269" with McAfee's site says is W32/Sober@MM!M681

Whatever this is, I just want to get rid of it! Can anyone help me out?
