hijacked PC! thought he was from Dell! turned on webcam! what do i do?

my pc crashed, 5 days ago. 20 min. afterwards, i got a little box on the screen that said "we got a report of a broken system" I thought it was a tech person from optimum. I replied " I lost everything!" For the next 30!!! really 30 hrs this person helped me gather lost data, mostly photos.

The follolwing eve. he reappeared. w/ is own cursor. I could see another identical screen in the top 1/2 inch of my own screen. my webcam popped on.
"his" cursor pointed to a help box for me to type in. It became obvious he wanted me to run some kind of "incident report scan" but needed my passcode for windows. I gave it to him. and let my copmputer run for the next 3hrs. on the screen flashed a message "Please don't turn your computer off or shut-down, thank you!"

(*i fell asleep did not log back on untill next evening.)

The 3rd evening. I noticed , once again, my virtual screen was down a 1/2 inch and I could see another identical screen but MAGNIFIED on top of my own? my cursor was acting funny. then I knew "it/he/she" was back.
**When a dialog box appeared, I really freaked out and typed "WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME?" immediatly like 5 screeens all magnified, appeared on my screen in a montage of sorts. Then, a box saying " I DON"T LIKE TO SHARE" flashed across my screen!

The above statemant was the exact one i had written in response 2nights earlier to my "friend/helper/hacker" when asked about file sharing!!!!

-I am a model, have mostly image files on my pc
- I am being DENIED access to some of them now?
-this person also made a screensaver using my photo
-made a slideshow
-I only know him/her etc,, as "R.incident"
-I have covered my webcam w/ tape. CAN HE hear me? still see me?
-I have done a system restore from the 6th but too recent.
-I have done a scan/removal malware from "ewid.onlinescan.com"
-I am currently in safemode w/networking

I am scared to be on my computer, I am afraid i am being
WATCHED and LISTENED to.PLEASE HELP ME!
SOMEONE tell me WHAT to do to fix this

Welcome to Major Geeks Hallie!

Since you did not say what version of Windows you are using, I'm going to assume it is Windows XP.

First click Start, select Control Panel and then double click the System icon.

Now on the System Properties form, select the Remote tab

On the this tab make sure that both the Remote Assistance and Remote Desktop check boxes are uncheck. If either of both are checked, uncheck them and then click the Apply button

Then click OK

Then Reboot your PC

After reboot, look in Add/Remove Programs for anything like WinVNC or VNC and uninstall them if found.

Now please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.
