Hijacked to earthlink.net

    If I try to access any site ending in .net, I am redirected to my earthlink main page. This does not happen with sites ending in .com. Any suggestions? I have an old Gateway, 160 mb mem, 792 mb windows mem, Windows 2000. I have run Spybot and Adaware. I have DownloadWare and WildTangent that Spybot cannot remove. Thanks for your help. Barb

    Welcome to Majorgeeks!

    It may be that something has changed your Default Prefixes in Internet Exploer. Let's take a quick look at a couple scans. These will not fix anything. They merely give me more info.

    Run the below procedure and attach the runkeys.txt log.
    Now run the below procedure and attach the newfiles.txt log.


    If this does not give me what I need to know, I will be sending you on the the READ & RUN ME sticky thread for execution.
