Hijacking and other problems, please help!

I am having hijacking problems from google links. What's worse is that whatever is on my computer is preventing me from using or downloading programs that might help. For instance, I have superantispyware, but suddenly it won't work. When I try to reinstall it, I get a "internet explorer cannot display the webpage" message. It also messed with my McAfee. I had someone at Mcafee help me get that running again. I tried doing some of the things that I have seen on other threads, but I either can't do them because I can't dowload the program, I get the IE can't display message, or the things I do don't help my problem.

My computer also sometimes freezes, and I have to unplug it to get it to do anything. I run McAfee everytime I reboot, and it always catches the same 2 things, one it "fixes" and another it quarantines. But I still have all the same problems.

I do have hijack this, and I am copying a copy of the log report for you here. Anything you can do to help me will be greatly appreciated!!!!
