Hijackthis BHO problem spybotant fix

Hello everyone

I have a couple of small problems.

1) Some how I been getting pop up while my pop up blocker is working

2) Hijackthis scanned my computer and comes up with some thing call BHO. Hijackthis says that spybot should be able to fix the problem. then I scan spybot it finds the problem but can't get rid of it. Attached to this thread will be the hijack scan.

3) Just recently as I am typing this, it seems like once in a while I would have to hit the same key twice before the letter comes up.

If anyone can help me I would be gratefully.
