   This does: O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [pamela.exe] "C:\Program Files\Pamela\Pamela.exe"
   
   But why are you using HijackThis. It is not going to tell you if you have malware. It is not a comprehensive malware scanner. It is just a tool to aid in the removal of a small amount of malware.
   
   If your goal is to find out if you have any malware, the below is the correct procedure:
