HijackThis log for inspection

I have removed over 5GB (28,000 files) virus infected files that where downloaded by Limewire on a computer that had no firewall (fixed) & no antivirus (also fixed).
I have also removed a number of other malware, but I am left with at least 1 persistant malware.
I have attached the HijackThis log for someone to check please

Do the following. Go to the READ & RUN ME FIRST and follow all the instructions that apply to your operating system. As you work through this, you will find you are already getting some help with the symptoms. When you're finished, someone will look through your logs to see if there is anything still remaining that needs to be fixed. If you have any questions, just ask. When you finish, please attach the requested logs to your next post.

 

Have run all of the programs as requested and have attached the logs

 

Delete the following:
C:\Documents and Settings\user.USER-9ABDD73BDB\Desktop\keygen.exe
C:\Program Files\folder.htt
C:\WINNT\system32\ardCo18
C:\WINNT\system32\by2
C:\WINNT\system32\edcA18
C:\WINNT\system32\rf1
C:\WINNT\SET51.tmp
C:\WINNT\SET29.tmp

Otherwise your logs are clean.
