Hijackthis Log Help

    Um..Hi guys. Incredibly new to these forums...A friend of mine told me the best way to clean out off my system would be to get HijackThis, run it, and post the log here.. I need some help getting rid of the crap I dont need. Anyone who can explain what I should get rid of and shouldn't, please tell me...Any help would be nice...

    I attached the .txt file to this post. If I need to post it in some other forum, please let me know :)

    First check this and follow everthing that is listed. Do not try and skip anything it has some great stuff. I then would suggest going to the spyware specific forum.
