hijackthis log

I'm getting this win32 kyprit or something or other on my nod32 antivirus. I've done all the things suggested in the "readme" section, but it's still popping up. Does anyone see anything in this log that might be the culprit? Thanks in advance for any help!

Windows 7 fully patched along with all the apps listed in the "Read me" section updated and scanned. Removed anything that was found and here's the current log.

 

I've been up all nite and couldn't find the dang edit option again...lol Here's the popup NOD32 is throwing up every few mins or so.

 

I still can't seem to figure out how to edit my posts? The button's there until I close the browser, then it's gone? Anyway, here's the rest of the log files all but the Combofix....on step 4 it gave me the famous BSOD, so I can't supply that info. Sorry for all the posts!
