hijackthis log

can someone help me? i followed all 7 steps here and i still have spyware, i have the one by my clock with the bubble telling me my computer has spyware i would like to get rid of it though and lots of popups, i ran adware, spybot, ccclean, and a few other prgms and the online virus scans but still no luck getting rid of this one please help i would appreciate it alot

 

ok, ill get them up , i used that prgm you have linked also for spyaxe and etc., it only had one listed from the list

 

i ran it when it was finished it automatically ran windows disk cleanup, i thought it would fix it and i wouldnt need to post a log i have the log of that also, its did do anything though

ok, the only things there were the yakou whatever its called folder under the windows directory along with the timesquare file...

i emptied the prefetch folder by just locating it and erasing everything in the folder manualy

i'm running bitdefender right now also for you

 

yes, i downloaded it, but it says you must pay to clean it up..so i could scan but not erase i will do what u tell me though, hopefully i have all this posted by tommorow, im sorry i had to leave town for the weekend

here are your logs, i would like to get some of the *.exes out that i see in my msconfig (thats running in normal mode" that are in the system32 directory, you can see them in hijackthis, but u knew that already, thanks

 

so basically everything in my list of hijacksthis needs to be checked and fixed?? everythings bad??? this wont messup my pc, i hope i understand you correctly, thanks... i am just double checking

 

i did what you said, what a difference, the logitech prgm you told my to erase fixed my wireless keyboard which was messed up since i purchsed it, when i would press the play button it would mute, when i would press pause it would play, mute would stop, etc.... thanks alot i apreciate it alot, you'll be hearing from my alot i have another pc my family uses and lots of friends...
