HijackThis Log

    I was hoping somebody could take a look at my HijackThis log for entries that don't belong. I had a run in with the alemod.f.dll virus and something called Haxdoor.GB.

    I followed the instructions on MajorGeeks that included:

    Starting in Safe Mode and running
    Ccleaner
    Ad-Aware
    Spybot
    Bitdefender

    I tried running Panda Activescan, but had trouble with the Java in Safe Mode.

    Here is the HiJackThis Log:

    I also found the following files in my C:\ drive - tool2.exe,tool3.exe,tool4.exe, tool5.exe and toolbar.exe. I scanned them with Mcafee, but nothing was found.

    Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Welcome to Majorgeeks!

    You still have problems. But you have not followed the instructions in the READ ME correctly.

    - No logs should be posted inline with messages. They must be attachments.
    - Update your Sun Java version and uninstall old versions as indicated in the sticky
    - See step 6 and attach the two requested logs
    - See step 7 and install HijackThis properly

    Sorry about that. Attached are an updated HijackThis log and the Bitdefender log. I'm still working on getting a log from Panda ActiveScan.

    It is better to run ALL steps including Panda before HJT.
