Hijackthis logfile help needed!

Hi i am facing this really wierd problem related to msn messenger. So one of my friends sent me a message with a link which show people that have either blocked me or deleted etc, so i clicked on it. It made me sign in, so i did so like a fool. the next thing i know it hijacks my msn, signs me out and sends similar messages to what i had initially received. this is the logfile i got using trend micro hijackthis. if someone cud find somin here that wud be great. thankyou.
