hijackthis logfile

    I followed all of the steps after doing the standard scans, and here's the hijack this log file. thanks again for all of your help

    Please read this Downloading, Installing, and Running HijackThis again.

    You did not follow the instructions on stopping msconfig. The below line in your log shows that msconfig is controlling startups.
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [MSConfig] C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\MSConfig.exe /auto

    You must fix this so we can see everything that loads.

    As you log is right now I see no obvious mailware but I do question why you have the below settings:

    R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://webmail/
    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyServer = atrain.ccs.com:80
