HiJackthis Problems

This is the problem.

I keep g etting these errors::

Windows cannot find C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Folders\ibm00001.exe. Make sure you typed the name correctly and try again. (This comes up when I restart my pc and also during use)

Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. (This comes up during use)

DrWatson Postmortem Debugger has encountered an unknown error and needs to close. (this comes up durin guse and freezes the PC. Comes up after the Windows explorer error).
I downloaded the HiJackthis and here is the log.

You have several infections showing in that log.

Do not post HijackThis logs in this forum unless that are asked for. Never copy and paste logs into your posts.

You need to be in the Malware Removal forum. I requested that this post be moved.

Lets start by moving HijackThis to a better location. Download, unzip, then run the enclosed Visual Basic Script. Move_HijackThis

You are strongly advised to do the following immediately:

1. Disconnect infected computer from the internet and from any networked computers until the computer can be cleaned.

2. Call all of your banks, credit card companies, financial institutions and inform them that you may be a victim of identity theft and to put a watch on your accounts or change all your account numbers.

3. From a clean computer, change *all* your online passwords -- for email, for banks, financial accounts, PayPal, eBay, online companies, any online forums or groups you belong to.

Do NOT change passwords or do any transactions while using the infected computer because the attacker will get the new passords and transaction information.

Threat type:Key Logger - A key logger program runs in the background, recording all the keystrokes made by a user. Once keystrokes are logged, they are hidden in the machine for later retrieval, or shipped secretly raw to the attacker via email or over the Internet.

Threat risk: Severe Risk
Severe threats typically are remotely exploitable vulnerabilities, which can lead to system compromise. Successful exploitation does not normally require any interaction and exploits are in the wild. There exists a high possibility of potential system damage or security flaw. Attacker has complete control over your computer or install new software on your machine.

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
