HiJackThis

Hello, new to this forum. I went online at a hotel three weeks ago and got pounded by malware. I had cookies set low and avast running. I have spent so many hours trying to remove the parasites that I've lost track.
First downloaded Spybot. It could find them but not remove them. Partial list- Microsoft.WindowsSecurityCenter.TaskManager ---YUCK
Micorsoft.WindowsSecurityCenter.(I can't remember)
SmitFraud---.CoreServices
SmitFraud (can't remember)
plus about 10 others. Each time I ran Spybot it would find them, I clicked repair and they were repaired. Start Spybot again and the .TaskManager would still be there. Finally started killing things with HiJackThis. Got rid of everything but the SmitFraud--.CoreServices
Read where I needed SuperAntiSpyware. I had to uninstall Spybot to run it. It ran and I think it removed it. To verify I'm thinking I need to reinstall Spybot. Is this correct?

PC function is back to normal now except everytime I start IE or Mozilla, a parasitic window opens to a new site. I have deleted all cookies and temp files so I'm thinking it is something running as a service?

I appreciate the forum and all the help, I don't want to think about the alternative. I have to much software running on this machine for a rebuild.
