Hijackthis

Good morning, running Win10 with al current updates
I ran a report using Hijack This which I have used over the years. I can usually only see the obvious and with one exception I don't see much here, except in section 023 there are a lot of (file missing) comments. What do I do with these?

The only thing I see that I don't know of is section 013 Gopher Prefix:

Is there anything I should be concerned with?

I ran this as part of a major effort to find why I had a major slow down which appeared as slow desktop transitions, which turned out to be a 9-year-old monitor going bad.
