I Need Help,
Did Major Attitude's advise help you last time, or is this the same problem? You need to go through all the steps in the "Read this before asking for support" sticky.

Then post back what problems you are having, and any problems you had with any of the steps in the sticky. Then, read the 'No Highjack This logs until you've read this' sticky, and then post your HJT log as an attachment, using the 'Manage Attachments' button located below the 'Reply to Thread' window.

If you'll compare your saved HJT log to what you posted as an in-line log, you'll see that they aren't even close to the same thing.

Please go through all the steps in the sticky's and try again. You might get rid of your problems without any help, but if not, you'll be ready to be helped when you're done!

this isnt on my comp its on my frineds i just saved it emailed it to me and then posted

 

Turn your friend on to this site and have them go through the tutorials. Even if the bad things in the running processes on the log you posted are identified, you aren't going to fix them without a full log posted, and they might be fixed with the clean-up tutorial.

 

trust me they dont no how to work hijackthis all they know how to do is put more crap on their comp and screw it up. so thats y i posted their log, i was over their house and saved it as soon as it was done never deleted anything. and with them putting so much crap on their comp i ran spybot and it found 239 problems thats pretty sad.
