Hijackthis

    I am new to this site, however, I am not new to virus and all the other junk the internet has to offer. I have recently tried using adware removal and it keeps turning my computer off. I have tried using CCleaner and it to turns off the computer when I try to fix the issues. I am now using Hijackthis in a hope to have anyone help me. It will be great if someone can help, I know someone how I have a keylogger on my computer that I am unable to delete and there was alot of spyware on here until I deleted some of it.

    So here is a list of what Hijackthis has found please someone help me to delete some of the spyware.

    Welcome to Majorgeeks!
    Please read the sticky threads and do not post any logs inline. All logs must be attachments and HijackThis logs should not be posted without having run the cleaning procedures repeated below. HijackThis must also be installed properly. Also please indicate exactly what malware problems you are having. Explain the symptoms you experience.

    Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.
    • Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support
    • Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.
    • Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
    • After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
    • When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)
      • Bitdefender
      • Panda Scan
      • HijackThis
