I know this is long but i really don't know what to make out of it. I did the whole process of the read and run me first page but my computer is still slow when it shouldnt be, and apparently there are still a number of viruses or trojans hiding in an HKLM folder, but I cant find this location. If anyone can run through the log and see if anything obvious should be deleted, please tell me, it would be appreciated.

    Welcome to MGs!

You must run ALL of the steps in the READ ME. I can see the following from your HJT:

    • you did not run any of step 6 and obviously did not attach the required logs
    • you did not disable msconfig per the directions in the HijackThis link
    • it does not look like you enabled Spybot's SDhelper per step 5
    • I do not see MS Antispyware running
Following directions will help you get fixed up sooner

HKLM is not a folder! It is a registry key path. It is an abbreviation for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
