    Hi There,

First of all, just wanted to say thank you as I've been helped here before removing malware. I'm afraid i must ask for assistance once again. For several months, I've never been able to update my windows automatically and I've reported this to Microsoft and they said my laptop has been infected by a hijackware and the only thing possible solution is to do a clean install and that's my least preferable method. Recently, blue screen problems also appears randomly (Once when i finished scanning with HitmanPro as well). Any help would be greatly appreciated and I hope i don't have to do a clean install.

    Cheers and thanks in advance

I am not finding any malware in your logs. However, you need to run CCleaner and clean out your temp folders.

Then run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista or Win7, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator).

    Attach the new C:\MGLogs.zip.

No malware, but you still have a lot to clean out in this folder:
    C:\Users\Sebastian\AppData\Local\Temp

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware. You can uninstall RogueKiller and HitManPro.
    2. Go back to step 4 of the READ ME and renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it.
    3. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    4. If running Vista or Win 7, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis.
    6. Goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders
related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    7. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link
Malware removal from a National Chain = $149
Malware removal from MajorGeeks = $0

Hi, thanks again for the reply
Just wondering, is there any possible reason other than malware that caused my windows update to stop working? I'm afraid my system will be compromised sooner or later if my windows is not updated

I suggest you pursue that question in the software forum. There are many reasons why you can't update.
