HIPS - Email attachment helper?

Hello, before I state my issue I would like to refer back to the previous post:

Im also having this problem. However its not just any ordinary file, it's an installer. Ventrilo to be specific, you probably have heard of it. The online voice chat program. I followed exactly what Halo said to do. But it still doesnt work. When I install it, it sais its going to be installed as a .efw.
