   Hi
   I am attaching a HJT log and would appreciate any help. I am helping a friend who is having IE browser issues. He continues to get an hour glass.... or errors and the only way he can get out of it.. he has to close the browser. This closese all his open IE browsers. He continues getting error messages to submit to microsoft.
   
   Any help would be appreciated.

   There is nothing in that log to indicate malware ...that doesn't mean he isn't infected as the HJT program was not installed correctly.
   
   Please uninstall HJT as it will be properly installed when you do the following:
