   okay si I followed all of your steps, but for some reason bit defender and panda just didnt work on my computer. (me and the machine are having major issues) here's my hjt log...i hope I did this right. If I didnt please forgive me, I'm new at all this.

   I suspect your problem is because PopCapLoader, which is adware. I am surprised because you have TrendMicro loaded and Trend does detect PopCapLoader. Are your definitions up to date?
   
   If not go here for the latest and install them – then rescan
   http://majorgeeks.com/Trend_Micro_Pattern_File_for_Windows_d4428.html
   
   Look also in your add remove programs for either PopCap, Cosmi Popup blocker and/or web games and uninstall them
   
   After that, let’s take another look at that log file.
