   If you read the guide then was their a problem installing and running,
   
   Microsoft Defender
   BitDefender
   Panda Scan
   
   steps are covered in sections 5 & 6 for these 3?
   
   
   Please foolow the guide exactly and run the malware cleaning tools in the order laid out and please attach your logs as specified in the guide.
