HJT & logs - is there anything else?

I followed the Step by Step from your page "Read & Run Me First before asking for Support" steps 1 thru 6.

Have NOT disabled system restore yet.

Spybot Search & Destroy found (& fixed) 12 Items:
Adware.Webext = 9 items
Winsoftware.WinAntiVirusPro2006 = 1 item
Windows Security Center.AntiVirusDisableNotify = 1 item
180Solutions.MediaGateway = 1 Item

BitDefender found Trojan.Downloader.RW (This is the file which prompted me to begin this whole process) and deleted it. (hooray!)

Panda ActiveScan found 7 cookies which I have deleted.

Other files - runkeys.txt and newfiles.txt - can be sent if needed.

Is there anything else I need to have HJT fix?

yes please attach the runkeys and newfiles txt files for the guys to look at

Okay .. they're attached. Also Vundo .. but it didn't find anything.

Your logs do not show any signs of malware. However you should uninstall the below old Sun Java versions:
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 2
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 4
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 6
Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2_04
Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2_06
