Hola! Need to clean my system

Hello everyone!

Maybe you call can help me out.

Recently my system has been acting up - running slow, taking forever to boot-up, automatically shutting down while installing a harmless program.

I have a Toshiba laptop that's about 4 years old now. I know.. time to update probably. But, maybe I just need to clear a few things out of my start-menu, and/or registry.. or ... who knows. Anyways, a copy of my most recent HiJackthis log is below. Maybe you'd be so kind as to take a gander at it and tell me what should/shouldn't be on there. Thanks!
