host issues

Recently.. i used a program to transfer programs from one computer to this computer.. i have gotten a message saying there was a ip/host conflict.. computers internet keeps goin off and it is super slow.. ive also had message sayin something about winstock.. im gonna try and get more information about that.. cant rem where i seen it at but gonna go back and do what ive been doin to see if somethiing will make that message pop up.. in the mean time.. can someone take a look at my log file and tell me what i need to delete?
