Hot Swapping Between Languages

    I have an application that will only run when I have my IE and OS Regional Language settings set to US-English, however all my other applications and for my day to day use I need my IE and OS Regional Language settings set to German.

    Is there a way to create a shortcut that would automatically switch these settings as an when I need to swap between them?

    How about creating another account with German regional setting and you switch between the 2 accounts for specific applications?
