both time frames undecided at this point. Gotta do the house inspection tomorrow. Haopefully nothing is sub par. It need some light electrical work in the living room and dining room, can't have a 2 wire system for electronics.

 

Taxes aren't so bad here, not compared to what NY taxes are.
I've got a few things I'm going to be looking for closely, other than those I think it's clear sailing.

yeah, I'm supposed to get stern soon on the sirius, but I'm not too interested. i'd be happier if they added more music channels with that bandwidth, or improved the SQ on the talk channels.

 

i can not stand stern i would rather stick hot knives in my eyes then listen to him...plus i only have xm because best buy gave any eomployees that wanted a My_Fi one free
