How can administrator access file on limited user

I am using windows xp and in the process of preparing my taxes this year
with turbotax, using the administrator account. Last year I prepared them
using a limited account. Is there a way for me to access last years return,
using the administrator account? I am having problems with my anti-virus
program on the limited user, and that's why I don't want to prepare my
taxes on it this year.

Move a copy to Shared Documents. My Computer > Shared Documents

Check properties on Shared Documents, if you don't see it.
