You can use Rules and block the spam as per http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/community/columns/junkmail.mspx

or you can use something like SpamFighter

Note: never ever bounce an email back using any spam tools and never reply (and most times they are not viewed accounts) or use the unsubscribe option as all you are doing is saying to the spammer that hey this account is used, so they then sell your email account on to other spammers.

Use a seperate account to your main one to sign up to any forums and websites your not 100% sure are ok (Majorgeeks do not sell or havest email addresses for spam) and dont post your email address in a post or openly on the web.
