How can I download a Ustream video

I have been trying to download an Upstream video for hours now.

Its http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/12759587

I have tried to use the free version of Getflv, but because it was free it only downloaded 50%. I have also downloaded URL Snooper2, but I can't work out how to use it. I want to download it and then take it to work for a Prof Dev exercise, and have it play on the Windows Media player.

I'm thinking about buying the full version of Getflv, but because its an exercise for work, don't really feel that I should. I already give too much of my time and energy afterhours.

Any ideas?

Hi

Get Orbit Downloader HERE (its free) and use its Grab ++ option, and with the Grab ++ Window open refresh the page the video is on and a longish list of links will show and generally in streams like those look for the FLV file type and should be in the megabytes size range and this osn is 165mb *see image below*

Now, is there any way that I can easily transfer it from a FLV file to a file that can be played on Windows Media Player? Is it a WMV file?
