How can i find out what speed my memory runs at?

Sorry if this is noob stuff, just cant find a way to find out if its running at 333 or 533. Many thanks in advance

 

Thanks arron, ill try that but i was hoping i could use some software to find out or windows as i didnt want to open the case, guess im lazy Thanks anyway mate.

 

Found a way aaron and my fault for not reading the sticky from major attitude, theres a link to a fancy diagnostic tool for download there called AIDA 32. It has given me details on every single aspect of my PC including all the memory details. Things on this machine i never knew existed lol. Anyway thanks for the replies

 

Aida32 is a bit outdated.

Use Everest which supersedes it.

It was just recently discontinued, but it's up to date.

You can also use CPU-Z it will give you ram infomation.

 

Yes it's very good. Unfortunately, it won't be updated so it may not support hardware released in the future .

There is a paid version, but sadly it's no longer free, so enjoy while you can.
