I purchased an ebook PDF file online. It is several hundred pages and I would like to print it for easier reading but it is protected from printing or coping. The PDF opens fine through an exe file which came at point of purchase. I entered the password once and now the exe opens the PDF fine but I cannot open the PDF directly. I have tried several programs like 'print2pdf' that allege to get around the protection but they do not work as they ask for the password which does not work for the PDF as it was for the exe.

    Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, these files are encrypted with a 'private key' - 'public key' format which makes them virtually uncrackable for the user. This allows the author 100% control of the content. Sorry....
