How can I put a password on a memory stick?

    I usually use SanDisk memory sticks, I cannot figure out how to put a password on them. I've heard of LockNGo and TrueCrypt but have read that these encryptions can only be read by computers that can un-encrypt them. Is it possible to not encrypt and just have a password?
