How can I remove dcads from my system pls?

Hello. Please can someone look at my post and advise me on a solution.

A while ago I stumbled on a program calling itself Dcads. This was removed by my virus checker/spyware checker (or so I thought) however I am still getting popups entitled 'Ads served by Dcads'. How can I remove this from my system.

My HijackThis Log is posted below.

I would appreciate any help you can give me with this problem. If there are any other errors in my log please could you let me know.

p.s. my computer is much slower now than it used to be (both to boot up and operate). Could you give me an indication as to what I do/do not need by looking at my HijackThis log.
