How can I remove this?

On of my sons friends was surfing the net on our computer and when he was done there is some sort of naughty icons that keep popping up on our desktop. Two of them to be exact. I have tried AVG, CCleaner, Eusing Registry Cleaner, Ad ware and I am about to try Spybot Search and Destroy. So far nothing has worked. It also keeps wanting us to search our computer and buy ad-watch saying it is infected. Is there anything that will take these off?

No thanks. I run the updated version of ad-aware and I think that took care of it. Thank you though!
