How can I remove Trojan.Agent.AOY?

    Hi! I should say in advance that I'm not exactly amazing when it comes to what makes computers run, so any help would be lovely.

    I ran Spyware Doctor (unregistered) overnight and found quite a few things wrong - all of which I was able to fix manually, apart from this Trojan.Agent.AOY. I can't delete the registry keys or values, and I'm drawing a blank on any other way of doing it. Here's what the scan tells me:

    I really have no idea what to do with this.
