I got a arris tm502g It keep's cutting in and out and my ISP say's there is nothing wrong But i think there full of shit be cause i keep happening to reset the modem every time.

3 week's be for they where saying that i was getting packet loss.I am starting to think that there is an issue with the lines again be cause i had them replace the end of the cables the last time.

Is there any program that i can use that will test the Modem other then Speedtest.net

Modems can go bad over time. If you are leasing from your ISP, have them send you a new one if you are using it for their VoIP service. If not, just using for computer networking, suggest going and getting a new Docsis 3.x capable unit and ditch that antique.

These modems work fine i think they gave me a bad modem.I can get up to 50mb with these modems but only use 10 any way.

Again, it is not a bad modem, just an antique. It is only Docsis 2.x capable EMTA. Do yourself a favor and get a Docis 3.x capable modem. If you do not have digital phone service, you do not need the EMTA.
