I don't use google search app so if that is what you want to use, find directions on using it.

You failed to mention what browser you are using as default

Because I need that to explain the export bookmarks/favorite.

Asking for the best browser is like asking what is the best car. You will never get people to agree on what is best. You need to try and see what you like.

On android I use FF, Samsung browser, and AdBlockPlus browser. I did have Brave but found out they inject their own ads.

I don't run Windows 10.

 

I do what Eldon mentioned. In fact every few weeks, I export and save my bookmarks to a USB stick on the off chance that something happens to the browser. At least I'll have my bookmarks backed up off the computer.
The fewer addons and extensions you install on a browser, the less problems you will have.

 

There is no import/export bookmarks on android, as far as I can tell. (Remember, I don't use chrome.)
I don't have many bookmarks on my android devices. The few I wanted, I typed in then saved.

I don't have a Win 10 computer. I have Palemoon (a branch of FF), FF ESR (Extended Support Release - it doesn't get updated as often) and Vivaldi installed.
