How do I alter Tor settings?

    Hi There, I'm using Privoxy and Torbrowser. I'm new to it and have just started. It's stopping me viewing/playing certain media, Eg. videos on youtube, video streams, and sound files on Soundcloud.com.

    Can anyone guide me how to alter the settings so these can be used?
