How do I ask a question and post my results from Hijack this?

I have a rootkit infection i believe and it keep saying something about kernel in win32/core or something i have some hijack this results if some one could help I would greatly appreciate it. Basically I use Firefox and when ever I open it IE pops up and is blank and then in firefox it routes me to web sites like Uniblue, findology and searchfeed.com or just random web sites. please help. Thanks in advance.
